In light of the continued spread of COVID-19, we at Okanagan Covertec have been taking precautionary measures and adjusting our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, families, and the greater community. We will continue to do so as the situation changes.

The current COVID-19 situation provides an opportunity to put our commitment to both ourselves and our customers in perspective, as we continue to drive forward both ourselves and our customers in perspective, as we continue to drive toward providing an excellent living space with world-class quality products and services.

In response to recent events, we have enhanced our office hygiene efforts and put policies in place for business and personal travel, events, and meetings. We intend to continue to reach out to our customers by using more remote methods of communication such as telephone, email and video chat, among other methods of communication. Also, our installation teams will mostly be working outdoors and will not need to make personal contact with those who receive our services.

As of March 19 th the showroom at 701 Highway 97 in Vernon will be closed to the general public but will be available by appointment only. The showroom will be sanitized before and after each showroom visit to ensure that we are maintaining a safe environment for both our customers and employees.

We will continue to provide our employees with the most up-to-date health and safety procedures as outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada and our local public health authorities.

As we all continue to monitor the impact and progress of the COVID-19 pandemic, know that our thoughts are with everyone whose lives and businesses have been affected to date.
